I want to take a moment to thank you and your staff for the past 2½ years of specialized dental care and treatment you have provided me. From the very beginning of the planning stages regarding the extractions, implants and permanent crown options available to me, I was overwhelmed with the amount of decisions, financial commitment and personal effort I would have to put forth. In addition, as you know, I suffer from “dental anxiety” which added to the entire stress factor of rebuilding my dental structure and the cosmetic appearance of my teeth.

Because of your expertise in planning and taking your personal time to explain how you would solve my complex dental needs, I became more at ease. Your help in spreading the treatment plan over this extended time period was very considerate of our personal schedules and financial challenges which facilitated a manageable situation for my wife and me. Also, it goes without saying that your entire staff, especially Star, Kim and Carly, always greeted me with a smile, kind words and treated me with understanding and concern for my welfare. I would be remiss if I did not mention that your chair side assistant, Carly, is truly an asset to your practice. She worked with me, as you did, regarding my anxieties and comfort level, continually providing me with an understanding of what was happening and basically talking me through each step of the process in a personalized, yet professional manner.

Needless to say, you, your staff and your referral oral surgeon, Dr. Pikos, provided me with a very successful and rewarding dental experience which exemplifies the depth of knowledge and professionalism each of you possess. Importantly, your Treatment Plan Objectives were met. The final result has given me a much-improved bite and chewing capability, along with more confidence in the way I look and interact with others, thanks to the “smile” that has returned because of great looking teeth!

You are truly a blessing in my life and I will be eternally thankful to you for your care and understanding of my dental challenges. Your dedication to the practice of excellent restorative dentistry is always evident and I will continue to enthusiastically refer your practice to anyone, whenever the opportunity presents itself.

I have been meaning to write this for a couple of weeks now. I was so impressed with my first visit to your office! Dr. Mullett spent so much time talking to me, was very throrough in explaining everything, and even followed up with a phone call that evening! That's the kind of amazing service I didn't realize still existed these days. The entire office staff was kind and helpful.

And I was even more surprised to see the $10 Starbuck's gift card you sent [my husband] for refering me as a patient. (Thanks, I took it from him, ha ha!)

In my profession, I work with many doctors, and I can truly say you run an exceptional practice. You treat patients as through they're guests at the Ritz Carlton or Four Seasons, and not just that they're coming to the dentist. Thank you for what you do.

Thank you so much for treating us so well on our recent visit to your office. Every part of our dental visit was completely wonderful, from the relaxing waiting room to the excellent treatment we received form you. As you know, I am a complete chicken when it comes to dentist visits, and usually delay going as a result. I can say with all honesty that I couldn't have received better treatment. I never even felt the needle as you administered the local anesthetic. Not even a pinch!! My daughters really enjoyed their experience in your office as well. I appreciate the fact that you took good care of us and took my "fear of dentists" into consideration in your treatment of me.
